Andrew D. Cvitanov, President
Andy joined the CDI team in October 2006 after serving as Managing Director of The Beekman Group, a New York-based private equity firm where he was one of the original principles. Prior to that, he was President & Chief Executive Officer of American Express Tax and Business Services, Inc., an independent professional services business unit of American Express with over 2,500 employees and approximately $400 million in annual revenue. His 25+ years of experience also includes senior positions at Tokai Financial Services and Continental Information Systems Corporation. Andy holds a BA in Economics from California State University and an MA in Economics from the University of California.
Jeremy Jordan, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Jeremy joined the CDI team in May 2000 as Senior Accountant for the company’s Canadian Operations group. He later moved into Corporate roles, first as Accounting Manager – External Reporting and then as Director of Business Planning & Financial Analysis. In May 2006 he became the Vertical Finance Lead for CDI’s IT Outsourcing group and was promoted to his current role as VP/CFO when the new CDI IT Solutions business unit was formed in January 2007. Other past experience includes Tax and Accounting positions at Jones Apparel Group, Home Medical of America and FMC Corporation. Jeremy holds a BA in Business Administration from Drexel University.
Dirk Dent, Executive Vice President
Dirk joined CDI in January 1979 as an engineering/technical recruiter and progressed through the organization in recruiting, sales, branch management, program management and a business unit leader giving him extensive knowledge in all aspects of the CDI product continuum: staffing, managed services and consulting. He has demonstrated his leadership abilities in a variety of executive positions in both staffing and outsourcing areas focused on engineering, IT, professional and administrative skill sets. He has a track record of success in financial management, operations, sales & marketing, new business development and implementation for both managed staffing and functional outsourcing projects. Dirk holds a BA in Business Administration from Marshall University.
Ryan Coates, Senior Vice President of Solutions Delivery
Ryan joined CDI in August 2010 as SVP, Solutions Delivery after serving as Vice President of Management Consulting at The North Highland Company. His 25+ years of professional experience include 11 years each at KPMG/BearingPoint as Managing Director of Management & Technology Consulting and EDS as Senior Systems Engineer & Manufacturing Specialist. Ryan graduated with highest distinction from Purdue University earning a BS in Industrial Management with a Computer Science minor.
Mike Aloupis, Vice President of Human Resources
Mike joined the CDI team in 2005 as an Area Recruiting Manager. In January 2007 he took on the role as Director of Human Resources for the new IT Solutions business unit and was promoted to VP in October 2009. His 15+ years of professional experience includes Recruiting/HR positions with Computer Aid, Inc. and Professional Resource Group. He also spent four years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in various management roles. Mike holds a BS in Marketing from Bridgewater State College.
